Came to Abbey Consults for help with my company's social media presence and the consultant I met actually knew his stuff, gave me solid recommendations about our web strategy that made sense. Problem is sha, the whole process took forever like they wasn't in a hurry at all, what should have been a quick turnaround dragged on for weeks and by then some of the advice felt outdated already. The guy was knowledgeable sef but I felt like I was just another client in a queue and not priority, which for the fees they charge na serious issue. Mixed feelings because the content was solid but the execution and timelines no follow proper plan.
