Frequent customer here and I must say Agrinet's agricultural solutions have genuinely helped improve my small farming operation this season. The tech itself works well and their initial setup was solid, but abeg their customer support response time is frustrating sha. I waited almost two weeks to get feedback on a simple question about system integration when they promised 48 hours. Everything else is solid but they need to get that wahala sorted because good product means nothing if you can't reach anyone when you have issues.
