I've tried following up on Alaoji Power's service for months now and honestly it's been frustrating. The thermal generation itself seems reliable when it's on, but getting actual information about outages or maintenance schedules is like pulling teeth sha. Their customer communication channels are poor and when you call asking simple questions about grid updates, you either get put on hold forever or transferred to someone who doesn't know either. For what they're supposed to be doing for the national grid, the least they could do is keep customers in the loop properly.
