Came against my better judgment because my usual provider was having issues and honestly Anchor's infrastructure is solid I won't lie. Signal strength in my area improved noticeably once I switched over which was the whole point. But abeg their customer care line is a nightmare - tried calling three times last week about a billing issue and kept getting transferred around like I was playing pass the parcel. For a company dealing with wireless infrastructure they really need to sort out how they handle complaints because the network works great but getting someone to actually help you is another matter entirely.
