Been using AppZone Group's cloud banking infrastructure for about four months now and honestly it's been a mixed bag. The uptime is actually reliable which matters when you're handling accounts, but getting support when something goes wrong is like pulling teeth sha. Last month I had an issue with API integration and spent almost a week going back and forth with their technical team before someone actually explained what was happening. For what we're paying them, the response time should be faster and they need to train their support staff better.
