Came here to get some guidance on a project I was working on and the team at ARCEDEM actually sat down with me to understand what I needed. Not the usual rush job where they just tell you what to do. The engineer I worked with explained things in a way that made sense, broke down the design process small small, and didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions. For someone like me who works with hands not books, that kind of patience goes a long way. Definitely coming back when I have another project.
