Frequent customer here and I must say Atlantic Cocoa's product quality is solid sha, the cocoa they process is actually fresh and well handled. My only gripe is how long it takes from when you place your order to when everything is ready for export. Last time I came in person to check on my shipment and the guy at the counter didn't even have an update after two weeks, just kept saying 'soon soon'. For a premium hub they charge premium prices so the wait time is not matching the service level honestly.
