Came for a quick consultation and ended up spending almost two hours there sha. The doctor was knowledgeable and actually listened to my concerns properly which I appreciated, but the whole process felt disorganized and nobody seemed to care that I was waiting. The digital platform they use is fine I guess but the actual human side of things needs serious work. Would try them again if they sort out their timing but abeg they need to do better.
