I've been going to Beauty Vault NG for a few months now and they do solid work honestly. The salon is clean, the girls who work there are friendly, and my hair always comes out looking fresh. My only gripe is the waiting time because even when I book an appointment ahead, I still end up sitting there for almost an hour before anyone attends to me and that's frustrating when you take time off work like I do.
