Used to be my go-to but honestly Beloxxi has started feeling like they don't really care anymore. Last time I bought their cream crackers the packaging was already damaged and when I complained at the shop, the girl at the counter sha didn't even look up from her phone. The product itself is still decent quality I won't lie, but the customer service and how they handle complaints is just frustrating for what they charge, abeg.
