Came to sort out my health insurance claim and the whole process took longer than it should have honestly. The staff explained what I needed to do sha but getting them to actually process things moved at snail pace, almost two weeks for something that should take days. Coverage itself is decent and covers what matters but the management side here needs serious work because I no go lie, the waiting and back and forth was frustrating. Would use them again if I had to but abeg they need to speed up their operations.
