Frequent customer here and I must say the learning hub itself is solid, staff are helpful when you approach them and the study environment is calm which I appreciate as someone always on the go between driving shifts. My only gripe sha is their internet connection is terrible for what they charge monthly, I came in last week to do some online stuff and spent more time waiting for pages to load than actually working, when I complained to the girl at the front desk she just said it was a network issue like that explains anything. Otherwise the place has good resources and the tutors seem to know their onions but fix that wifi problem and this place would be perfect honestly.
