Used to be my go-to but Bliss Gift Studio has been testing my patience with their delivery times lately. I ordered a gift hamper for my sister's birthday through their platform and while the gift itself was nicely curated and the concierge service was attentive when I called, sha the delivery took almost two weeks when they promised five days. The digital experience on their end was smooth honestly but next time I might just pick it up myself because waiting that long defeated the purpose of ordering ahead.
