Came to celebrate my retirement party and Bloom Events NG handled the whole thing from start to finish. The setup was beautiful and guests loved it, but the problem was getting updates from them before the event. I had to call multiple times just to confirm details that should have been sent to me already, and honestly that stress before such an important day wasn't needed. Still, the final result was good enough that I won't complain too much, but next time they need to get their follow-up game together.
