I've tried here for some months now and the loan process is actually straightforward, which surprised me honestly. They approved my microfinance request faster than I expected and the money hit my account same day. My only complaint though is that their mobile app crashes every time I try to check my loan balance or make a payment, so I end up having to call them or go through their website instead which wastes my time. Besides that frustration, the service is solid and the interest rates are fair compared to what other lenders are charging around here.
