Frequent customer here and I must say Bornowater Board knows their utility data management well. The consulting team actually understood our pharmacy's water usage patterns and gave solid recommendations that helped reduce our bills. My only gripe sha is how long it takes them to respond to follow up questions. I sent an email two weeks ago about clarification on one of their reports and still waiting, which for a management consulting company is honestly not good enough.
