Came for their brand connection service because I needed to link up with some companies for my writing work and honestly it started well enough. The team explained how they bridge the gap between brands and users pretty clearly but the follow through was where things fell apart completely. I waited almost two weeks for feedback on a connection they promised within three days and when they finally responded it was just a generic message that didn't feel personal at all. Not terrible but not worth the stress either because I no go lie the service felt half baked
