Didn't have high hopes honestly but Bristol Academy actually delivered on what they promised with the school design and beauty side of things. The team knew their stuff and explained everything clear clear which I appreciated sha, but abeg the whole process took way longer than they initially said it would. Four weeks turned into almost two months and nobody even called to explain the delay until I came asking questions myself. Still good results at the end but next time sort out your timeline before promising customers.
