Took a lot of convincing to try this place and honestly I wasn't disappointed with what they offer sha. The lounge itself is well arranged and the staff were attentive when they finally got to me, but I sat there for almost 45 minutes before anyone attended to my appointment even though I booked ahead of time. For a place charging premium prices, that kind of wait is not acceptable at all. Overall the experience was good but that wahala with the time really stood out.
