Came to check out what they offer as a leadership hub since my department was looking at sending officers for training and I must say the curriculum looked solid on paper. But wahala started from the moment I arrived—nobody at the front desk seemed prepared, I waited almost an hour before anyone acknowledged me even though I had an appointment. The facilitators knew their stuff when we finally got started but the whole experience felt disorganized, like they needed better admin people managing things. Mixed feelings because the content was there but the execution left me frustrated, so I am still not sure if I would recommend it.
