Came to sort out some quick credit needs and the staff actually explained everything well which I appreciated. But their app sef, it kept timing out whenever I tried to check my balance or make a transfer and I had to keep going back to the branch like it was 2010. The interest rates are reasonable I won't lie but if your app can't function properly how do you call yourself pioneering anything in payments. Mixed feelings on this one because the service is there but the technology side is holding them back badly.
