Came for a quick consultation at Care Flow Hub after my checkup at the main hospital and honestly the experience was mixed sha. The surgical care team knew what they were doing and explained everything clear clear, but the waiting time nearly killed me even though I had an appointment slot. Waited almost 45 minutes before anyone called my name and by that time I was already frustrated. The facility itself is clean and the staff were polite when they finally attended to me, but for what they charge, the wait time is not justified at all I no go lie.
