I've tried CargoPlug a few times now and they handle my packages well sha. The staff are polite and the tracking system works fine so you know where your items are going. My only complaint is the delivery timeline they give you doesn't match reality — they said 2 days and it took almost 4 days last time, and I'm not the type to complain but that affected my plans at work. Overall though they get the job done, just don't bank on their promises about speed.
