My friend dragged me here for some marine documentation work and honestly the whole thing was frustrating. The staff knew their job I'll give them that but abeg the waiting time was something else. I sat there for almost two hours just to submit paperwork that should have taken 20 minutes. They're good at what they do when they eventually get to you but their customer service system needs serious work.
