I've tried here a few times now and the beauty lounge services are actually decent, the staff know what they're doing. But chai, the waiting time is something else sha. Last time I came in for a service, I waited almost an hour even though I had an appointment, meanwhile there were only two other customers in there. The academic studio part is fine too but that waiting situation needs to be fixed because for the prices they charge, you shouldn't be sitting down that long.
