Came to sort out my health coverage and honestly the whole thing was frustrating. The staff member who attended to me didn't really explain the policy options clearly sha, just handed me forms and said come back tomorrow. Waited almost an hour before anyone even looked my way and when they did, I felt rushed through everything. The premiums are reasonable I won't complain but the service to actually get enrolled needs serious work.
