Been using Cornerstone for my business insurance for almost two years now and I can't complain much — premiums are reasonable and the policy covers what they said it would cover. My only gripe and this one annoyed me small small is when I had to file a claim last month, the back and forth with their office was frustrating, abeg. They kept asking for the same documents over and over like their system no dey work, but eventually sorted it out. Overall solid insurance company but their claims team needs serious training on customer patience.
