I've tried here for a few months now and their hair packaging quality is genuinely good, the strands stay intact and the finishing is clean. What annoys me though is how long it takes them to process orders even when you book in advance, like I came in last week with an appointment and still waited almost an hour before anyone attended to me. The staff are friendly enough when they eventually get to you, but abeg the waiting time sha needs to improve because time is money especially when you're running a business like mine. Overall the products deliver but the service speed is holding them back from being somewhere I'd recommend without hesitation.
