Been coming here for months now and honestly the pension management side is solid I won't lie, but the waiting time sha is something else. Last time I came in they had me sitting for almost an hour before anyone actually explained my contribution statement to me, and I had to ask three different people where the right office was. The staff know their job when they finally attend to you but abeg the whole process feels disorganized like they need better coordination. Not sure if I'd recommend yet because the service experience hasn't matched the quality of their actual pension work.
