Took a lot of convincing to try this place and honestly I'm glad I did because the whole gift curation experience was actually smooth and the team understood what I wanted for my client's birthday. They put together a nice basket with personalized touches which sha impressed me. My only gripe though is the delivery took longer than they promised and I had to call multiple times before anyone picked up to explain the delay. For someone like me running a salon with tight schedules, that wahala almost cost me but at least the final product arrived intact and looking good.
