Frequent customer here and I must say the broadband service itself is actually reliable which is rare these days. My only real complaint sha is whenever I have issues with my connection, getting someone on the phone to help is like pulling teeth. Last time I called with a problem, took almost an hour before anyone picked up and by then I'd already missed work time. For what they charge monthly, the customer support response time shouldn't be this slow but the internet itself works fine when there's no wahala.
