Didn't have high hopes honestly but Delta State Marine Tech wasn't completely terrible. The staff knew their thing when they finally got to explaining the maritime tech services, and I appreciated that they didn't talk down to me even though I'm a pastor not an engineer. My main gripe was waiting almost an hour before anyone attended to me despite booking an appointment, and for what they charge you'd think that wouldn't happen. It's not a place I'd rush back to but if you really need maritime tech services in the area and you have patience, they can get the job done.
