I've been working with Development Bank for about eight months now trying to get funding for my fashion business expansion and honestly they came through with a solid loan package. The interest rates are competitive and the loan officer explained everything clearly which I appreciated. My only real complaint sha is their online portal is slow and clunky, sometimes I can't access my account for hours and when I need to check my balance or upload documents it takes forever. Other than that frustrating portal situation the actual financing itself has been helpful for growing my business.
