Been using DHL for my fabric shipments from Lagos suppliers and they've been reliable sha — packages arrive intact and on time most times. My only gripe is the tracking system; last month I sent a consignment and the tracking info wasn't updating for three days, had me thinking the parcel was lost when it was already at the warehouse. Staff at the office were helpful when I called to check, but abeg they should fix that tracking thing because it causes unnecessary panic. Overall I'm satisfied enough to keep using them, just wish the updates were more frequent.
