Stepped out of my comfort zone and tried Digi Click for some marketing help with my small online store and honestly they knew what they were doing. The strategies they suggested actually made sense and I seen improvement in my engagement within weeks. My only gripe though is how long it takes them to get back to you when you have questions or need adjustments sef, sometimes I wait almost a week for replies to my messages and that's frustrating when you're trying to move fast with campaigns. Overall they delivered results but abeg they need to improve on communication response time because that part was really annoying.
