Long time customer dropping a review finally because I had to come back for a property valuation and the process was solid sha. The agent who handled me knew exactly what she was doing, explained everything clearly about the market value and what I should expect when selling. My only gripe and it annoyed me more than it should have is that I waited almost an hour past my appointment time before anyone called me in, even though I booked ahead. For what they charge for their services, that kind of waiting should not happen but their actual work makes up for it somewhat.
