Hospital appointment nearby so I came here after to sort out some academic styling stuff I been putting off. The staff was helpful and explained what they do pretty clear but abeg the waiting time was something else I spent almost an hour for what should have taken 20 minutes. The actual service quality was decent when they finally got to me but you'd think with premium pricing they'd have their timing sorted better. Mixed feelings honestly because the work itself was solid but the experience left me frustrated.
