Frequent customer here and I must say Eastwind Aviation has always been reliable for our offshore logistics needs. The pilots are professional and the coordination with our team on the mainland runs smooth most times. My only gripe sha is their booking system takes forever to confirm flights even when you call multiple times, you still wait hours for confirmation email. For what we pay them, that communication lag should not be happening but overall the actual flight operations are solid.
