Long time customer here and I must say Eboniy Water Board has been helpful with my utility management consulting needs. The staff actually know what they're doing and explain things clearly which I appreciate but honestly their data platform is slow sometimes and it frustrates me when I'm trying to pull reports quickly. For what they charge you'd think the system would run smoother but overall they get the job done and I keep coming back.
