Hospital appointment nearby so I came here after for a scan and sha the machines look new and well maintained which was encouraging. But abeg I made an appointment three days before and still waited almost an hour past my time because they were doing emergency cases back to back. The technician who eventually did my scan was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly which I appreciated but the whole experience felt rushed and nobody even called to check on my results after. For what they charge and how organized they seem on paper the waiting system needs serious work.
