Came for a quick look at their school decoration pieces since I was in the area and honestly the display items are actually well arranged and the styles look fresh. But then I asked about customizing some pieces for an event and the girl at the counter sha took almost 20 minutes before she even bothered to show me a portfolio, just sitting there scrolling her phone. The prices they quoted were honestly steep for what you're getting and when I asked if they do bulk discounts for vendors like me she just said no without even thinking about it. I like what they doing with the aesthetic sef but the customer service needs serious work here.
