I was referred to EFCC by a colleague who had issues with some dodgy transaction, and honestly I went there not expecting much because government offices in Nigeria are usually a whole problem. The officer that handled my case sha, she was actually patient with me even though my documents were scattered and she explained everything step by step without making me feel stupid. Quick processing too which surprised me because I've spent half days in worse places. Worth the trip from Benin City.
