Used to be my go-to for ceiling materials but honestly the whole experience has gone downhill. Last time I came in to order some panels for a project and the staff were just sitting there doing nothing while I waited almost an hour before anyone even asked what I needed. The quality of their building products is still solid I won't lie but the customer service here sha is killing the whole vibe. For a business that's supposed to be leading in their field, the way they treat customers is just not matching up.
