But abeg, getting help when you need it is like pulling teeth. Last month I came in with questions about their print solutions and the staff at the counter took almost 20 minutes before anyone even looked my way, and when they did it was like they didn't want to be there. The products work well for what I do but the way they treat customers who walk in makes you wonder if they actually want your money.
