Came to enquire about their chemical services for a work project and the whole process was unnecessarily slow. Guy at the counter took almost 40 minutes to give me basic information that should have taken 10, and when I finally got answers the pricing they quoted seemed way higher than what I expected for the work. The technical details were explained well at least but honestly the waiting time alone made me consider other options. Not sure I'd go back unless they sort out their efficiency.
