Came to sort out some diagnostic certification stuff and the staff actually knew what they were doing which I wasn't expecting honestly. They explained the whole process to me clear clear and the facility itself was clean and organized. My one complaint is the registration and filing system took forever because everything is still manual, like they need to upgrade to a better system because I spent almost an hour just waiting for one girl to find my documents in their files. Apart from that though I would come back, they delivered what I needed.
Reluctantly agreed to come here and check out their diagnostic services for teacher training sha, and I gotta say they actually know what they're doing. The staff member who explained the whole assessment process to me was patient and didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions even though I'm just a mechanic trying to understand how it all works. What really got me was how thorough they were, they didn't rush through anything and actually took time to break down the results in a way that made sense. Worth the trip from Enugu honestly.
