Came for a diagnostic service and the staff explained everything clear which I appreciated honestly. The lab equipment and setup looked modern and they knew what they were doing with the whole process. My only real wahala was sitting there for almost an hour before they even called my name even though I had an appointment. Otherwise the results came back quick and accurate so I can't complain too much.
