Reluctantly agreed to come here and check out their mental health services after my mum was worried about my stress levels. The counselors seem to know what they doing and actually listened when I spoke, which I appreciated abeg. But waiting for almost two hours before anyone called me in was frustrating, especially when I came straight from a plumbing job and just wanted to rest. Good intention but they need to sort out how they manage appointments because that wait nearly made me leave.
Came here on my friend's recommendation for a mental health session and I won't lie the counselors really know what they doing. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable which I appreciated sef. Only thing that got to me was I waited almost an hour past my appointment time even though I booked in advance, and for that kind of service you'd think they'd be more punctual. Overall it's a solid hub for anyone struggling, just manage your expectations on timing.
