Came for a quick enrollment consultation and the staff explained the health plans clearly which I appreciated but abeg, the whole process took almost two hours when they said 30 minutes. The coverage options for my family are solid and honestly worth it but why is following up on claims so difficult? I've been trying to reach someone about my reimbursement for three weeks now and nobody picks up properly. Would use them again because the actual insurance product is decent but their service side needs serious work.
