Reluctantly agreed to come here after my colleague wouldn't stop talking about Graceville and I'll be honest the collection is actually really nice. They have proper quality school wear and the boutique items are well arranged but my God the service was slow that day. I stood there for almost 20 minutes before anyone even asked what I needed and by the time they attended to me I was already frustrated. Still got what I came for sef and it was worth it but they need to sort out their waiting situation because that's the only thing holding them back.
